A Zoom meeting to discuss your coaching goals, your career aspirations, and to assess the fit between your needs and my approach. Let's schedule at your convenience.

90-minute intake + 1-hour initial coaching session

Our intake session provides a comprehensive background for all future interactions (LOTS of questions!!!). We'll take a holistic look at all areas of your work and life, exploring where you want to grow, change, and find new horizons. You'll receive a written review of the intake findings that we'll validate in our first coaching session to set goals. Future sessions focus on key themes and goals uncovered in the two meetings balanced with the real-time needs that also occur.

Customized Coaching

One-on-one coaching sessions create space to make progress toward your goals. Whether you want to improve your ability to lead or explore what could be next for you, coaching is about making time to prioritize your needs and aspirations. We set the agenda each session based on your long-term objectives while always leaving room for what may be urgent in the moment because of changes at work or in your life.

Discounts on six or more coaching sessions

Discounted packages include one or more coaching services over a series of weeks or months. Minimum 6-hour commitment. Let's discuss your specific needs and timeline.
