90-minute intake + 1-hour initial coaching session

We begin with an intake session (lots of questions!) designed to provide a comprehensive background for all future client interactions.  The intake will take into account all aspects of where you are in your life today. The one-hour coaching session includes a review of the intake findings to validate those with a focus on key themes and initial client recommendations. You will also receive a written summary of the intake, observations, and client recommendations.

Customized Coaching

One-on-one coaching sessions create space to make progress toward your goals. Whether you want to improve your ability to lead or explore what could be next for you, coaching is about making time to prioritize your aspirations. We set the agenda each week based on your long-term objectives while always leaving room for what may be urgent in the moment.

Discounts on six or more coaching sessions

Discounted coaching packages are available. Packages include one or more coaching services over a series of weeks or months. Minimum 6-hour commitment. Let's discuss your specific needs.
