About Me
My Journey
Over more than 25 years in marketing, consulting, higher education, and managing non-profits I have coached people at all stages of career development: graduate students starting careers, mid-level managers wanting to move to the next level, senior executives trying to maximize their impact, and those pivoting to post-employment board positions. First at Emory University and then at University of Texas at Austin, I led career management for their MBA programs and later directed the Center for Leadership & Ethics at UT while teaching leadership workshops.
I am passionate about helping individuals at transition points in their careers, whether due to a promotion, job change, a new degree, or having outgrown their current role.
I'm a Certified Executive Coach and received my MBA from Emory University and BA from Duke University. In my free time, I love to cook with my husband, garden, write, and run -- all while keeping up with three grown kids and two dogs.
