With over 25 years in marketing, consulting, higher education, and non-profit management, I have taught and coached people at all stages of career development: graduate students starting new careers, mid-level managers wanting to move to the next level, senior executives trying to maximize their impact. First at Emory University and then at University of Texas at Austin, I led career management for their MBA programs and later directed the Center for Leadership & Ethics at UT while teaching varied leadership workshops.
I am passionate about helping individuals at transition points in their careers, whether due to a promotion, job change, a new degree, or having outgrown their current role.
I'm a certified coach and received my MBA from Emory University and BA from Duke University.

I believe people are designed to grow and change throughout their lives and careers.
Too often individuals get stuck doing what they have done for years, never allowing themselves to explore their full career potential. As an avid gardener, I know that both plants and people can only thrive in the right conditions. Let's discover your ideal work environment.
